September 24, 2002- RPHEMPC was founded thriugh the effort of former Provincial Health Officer Dr. Romeo Capistrano and Dr. iluminado A. Victoria, former Chief of Hospital in Morong. It was started with one hundred (100) members as incorporators and currently it has a total of Three hundred eighty (380) members.

November 26, 2002- When Hon. Governor Rebecca A. Ynares had finally approved the use of hospital facility for the Operation of COOPERATIVE PHARMACY.
​
FY 2008- When RPHEMPC opened CREDIT FACILITY to members to augment their financial needs.
​
FY 2009- When RPHEMPC transferres its Business outside the hospital for the needed expansion of the cooperative.
​
FY 2010- Present- Services offered to members.
